4. All alley intersections with streets shall be perpendicular or radial, within a five degree (5°)<br />

tolerance, at the intersection <strong>of</strong> the ROW lines.<br />

5. The <strong>of</strong>fset between alleys on opposite sides <strong>of</strong> a residential street shall be less than three feet<br />

(3’) or greater than seventy-five feet (75’) measured from edge <strong>of</strong> alley to edge <strong>of</strong> alley.<br />

6. Alleys shall not align with existing or future streets or driveways on the opposite side <strong>of</strong> a<br />

street. Alleys shall be <strong>of</strong>fset from such a street or driveway by a minimum <strong>of</strong> seventy-five<br />

feet (75’) measured from edge <strong>of</strong> alley to edge <strong>of</strong> street or driveway.<br />

7. Alleys that intersect at “elbow” street intersections shall not intersect within thirty (30°)<br />

degrees <strong>of</strong> the centerline <strong>of</strong> the adjacent streets. See Figure 2.19.<br />

8. Alleys shall not intersect with a roundabout.<br />
