As the emergency number 112 was unreachable <strong>in</strong> several areas, local <strong>fi</strong>re<br />

departments had to set up custom solutions <strong>in</strong> order to alert rescue units. Many<br />

<strong>in</strong>cidents were also reported directly to the <strong>fi</strong>re departments.<br />
