•• In the Run window, in the Open field, type cmd, and then click OK. A Command Window opens.

2. In the Command Window, type ping , where is the IP address of the TVG. For example, type
ping 192.168.3.60
3. Press Enter. The PC attempts to ping the TVG by sending four test messages to it. The Ping command returns
responses from the TVG for each message that was successfully sent, as in figure 161. If a target device does
not respond to a message, the Ping command returns a "Request timed out" message, as in figure 162.
