There are accepted by the project pipes with factory three-layer isolation of the<br />

strengthened type for protection of the gas pipeline from soil corrosion.<br />

At non-delivery of pipes with factory isolation and for isolation of gas pipelines -<br />

loops, gas collectors it is possible to apply a polymeric tape made in USA “Polycen 980-25”<br />

with wrapper “Polycen 955-25” by primer “Polycen 919 S”.<br />

It is possible to apply other tapes which provide gas transport with temperature 55-<br />

Isolation and wrapper by thickness of 0.63mm applied in 1 layer provide the<br />

strengthened type.<br />

There is provided protection of isolation from damages by soft ground during<br />

pipeline route passage in grounds of V group.<br />

Electrochemical protection should be constructed simultaneously with pipelines<br />

construction.<br />

The cavity of pipelines before test should be cleared of cinder, dirt and casually got<br />

in a pipe during construction of ground, water and other subjects. After carrying out of<br />

pipelines clearing there is conducted its test by hydraulic method.<br />

Durability check is made for pressure 1.1Рwork but no more the test pressure<br />

guaranteed by factory.<br />

Air-tightness test is made for pressure equal to working pressure in pipelines.<br />

Besides, the sites of I category should be tested in 2 stages:<br />

I stage – value of test pressure is accepted according to ВСН 011-88<br />

II stage - simultaneously with all pipeline.<br />

The basic anthropogenic impact during construction will be experienced by soils and<br />

grounds in zone of temporary allotment of lands, upon completion of construction the soils<br />

along pipeline route completely reclamates and become suitable for further use.<br />

Atmospheric air will experienced some impact from working special equipment and<br />

motor transport, however, this impact is short-term and small. There are not present surface<br />

water sources in the considered region and there are not found out underground waters up to<br />

3m depth.<br />

There are designed assembly of reception and launching of treatment facilities for<br />

clearing of internal cavity of the gas pipeline during operation.<br />
