PFS “<strong>Surgil</strong> field complex costruction with valuable<br />

There are installed wet wells for the direct withdrawal of mobile technics near to<br />

industrial-fire-prevention tanks.<br />

Sewerage. Industrial flows from equipment washing (1-2 times a year) by gravity<br />

flow are going into treatment facilities of industrial sewage waters and after corresponding<br />

clearing in tank of industrial-rainfall run-offs. (ЕP 12.5-200-1-1 with pump HB 50/50) and<br />

then are pumped over on ponds-evaporators.<br />

There are provided wells with hydraulic lock in a view of fire safety on outlets from<br />

technological areas.<br />

The industrial-rain sewerage is made from steel electrical-welded pipes in accordance<br />

with GOST 10704-91 by diameter 219х4.5mm with the reinforced anticorrosive isolation.<br />

Discharge of household flows is carried out in cesspool with the subsequent<br />

transportation in places coordinated with SES. Network of the household sewerage is<br />

designed from ceramic sewer pipes by diameter of 150mm in accordance with GOST 286-<br />

82.<br />

In camp the water is supplied for household and fire-prevention needs.<br />

For household needs the water is supplied through pipeline by diameter of<br />

57x3.5mm, L=500m, from water treatment installation of CGTU area.<br />

Intra-areas networks of household water-supply line are designed from steel<br />

electrical-welded pipes GOST 10704-91 D57х3.5; D25mm with the reinforced anticorrosive<br />

isolation.<br />

For fire-prevention needs the water is supplied through pipeline D108х4mm, L =<br />

500m (two lines), from fire-control system of CGTU area.<br />

Firefighting is carried out from fire hydrants installed on the loop network of<br />

fireproof water-supply line.<br />

Intra-areas networks of fireproof water-supply line are designed from steel electricalwelded<br />

pipes GOST 10704-91 D108х4mm with the reinforced anticorrosive isolation.<br />

Household flows are going into sewage pump station through gravity sewerage and<br />

then into treatment facilities of household flows. Treated household flows are pumped over<br />

by pump station on ponds-evaporators of CGTU area through pipeline D89х4.5 GOST-91<br />

L=700m with the reinforced anticorrosive isolation.<br />

Gravity network is designed from ceramic pipes D150 in accordance with GOST<br />

286-82.<br />

Internal networks of household water-supply line are designed from steel galvanized<br />

water-gas pipes D15-32mm GOST 3262-75 with painting by oil paint for 2 times in<br />

accordance with GOST 8292-85.<br />

There are provided electrical water heaters for hot water preparation.<br />
