PFS “<strong>Surgil</strong> field complex costruction with valuable<br />

components retrieval”<br />

There are designed following systems of water supply on the CGTUarea:<br />

- household;<br />

- fireproof;<br />

- industrial;<br />

- feeding water-supply line.<br />

There are designed following constructions for needs of firefighting:<br />

- pump station of industrial-fire-prevention purpose;<br />

- tanks of industrial-fire-prevention water-supply W = 300m 3 (2pcs.);<br />

- a premise for monoblock pump with the frothing agent tanks placed in it,<br />

monoblock pump ММ-27/100 and the dry powder fire extinguisher.<br />

Water-supply for firefighting makes 566m 3 . Taking into account a water-supply for<br />

industrial needs and area seismicity there are accepted two tanks W = 300m 3 for installation<br />

by t.r.901-4-78p.84.<br />

Firefighting pump station is intended for water delivery from water-supply tanks in<br />

the network of fireproof water-supply line.<br />

Feeding water-supply line is intended for water delivery in tanks of industrial-fireprevention<br />

purpose. Feeding water-supply line is designed from pipes PE63 SDR17.6-<br />

110х6.3 in accordance with GOST 18599-01 (two lines) and is installed on 1.2m depth from<br />

planned earth marks (2 lines).<br />

There is provided flow record device in each pump house over artesian well.<br />

The system of industrial water-supply line is intended for washing of processing<br />

facilities. The network is made from steel electric-welded pipes in accordance with GOST<br />

10704-91 by diameter 57х3.5mm with the reinforced anticorrosive isolation and installed on<br />

1.2m depth from planned earth marks. There are provided watering taps on the network by<br />

diameter of 50mm.<br />

System of fireproof water-supply line is designed in form of ring. There are installed<br />

fire hydrants and wedge tubes on the network. Arrangement of the fire hydrants should<br />

provide extinguishing of any buildings and constructions point by two streams.<br />

There is installed manually operated gate valve in the well of the branch from water<br />

supply system to wedge tube, which hand wheel is taken out manhole cover. It is installed<br />

outlet valve in front of gate valve for bleeding of dry piped site after a fire.<br />

Cooling of tanks during fire is made by the fire-hose barrels attached by fire hoses to<br />

fire hydrants on the network of fireproof water-supply line.<br />

The network is made from steel electrical-welded pipes in accordance with GOST<br />

10704-91 by diameter 159х4.5 and 108х4mm with the reinforced anticorrosive isolation and<br />

installed on 1.2m depth from planned earth marks.<br />
