Anthropogenic noises are one of kind of the anthropogenic impact on environment.<br />

Harmful effect of noise is defined by some factors:<br />

- intensity (in dB);<br />

- frequency (most dangerous - high-frequency);<br />

- duration;<br />

- noise character (impulsive noise is especially dangerous).<br />

Pipes through which gas is transported, torches of technological installations and etc.,<br />

can be the noise source on designed constructions. Noise from the given production<br />

processes, as a rule, is rather low.<br />

The most essential source of noise is separating devices at the moment of their<br />

purges. In this case noise results from considerable gas pressure losses, as a result of the<br />

high speed of the blowing-off products discharge. Gas bleeding-off from the equipment<br />

occurred before the execution of repair-preventive works once a year within 20-30 minutes.<br />

Purging of separators is spent seasonally: 1-2 times a day during the summer period and 3-4<br />

times a day during the autumn-winter period. Purging time rather small and makes 1-2<br />

minutes.<br />

Noises during gas bleeding-off have short-term incidental character. During gas<br />

bleeding-off from the equipment and also during carrying out of purging of separating<br />

devices the maintenance stuff should use personal protection equipment (ear-phones, humeliminating<br />

plugs, etc.).<br />

In the territory of designed constructions the permissible noise levels on<br />

workplaces, in working zones, in industrial premises and in the territory of the<br />

enterprises, constant workplaces of stationary machines will make no more than 80dB,<br />

which shows equipment operating experience at the similar enterprises.<br />

One of the main characteristics of prospective industrial activity is the impact<br />

characteristic on environment.<br />

The technology of objects is characterized by work continuous process, connected<br />

with low emissions in atmosphere of chemical substances. Nitrogen and sulfur dioxide,<br />

carbon oxide, hydrocarbons and carbon black are the main from them.<br />

Proceeding from design values of atmospheric pollution levels, shown on dispersion<br />

maps (figures 13-19) by considered components, it is visible, that character of impact during<br />

normal constant operating mode has moderate character. Peak values of ground<br />

concentration outside of designed objects make: nitrogen dioxide - 0.51 MPC, and per other<br />

polluting impurities (nitrogen oxide, carbon oxide, sulfur dioxide, carbon black, acrolein,<br />

hydrocarbons) concentrations will not exceed 0.1 MPC level.<br />

Enterprise impact can be raised in case of the emergency emissions which origin will<br />

have short-term character.<br />

Besides, direct impact on atmospheric air will occur during construction. Emissions<br />

in atmospheric air during this period are formed as a result of special equipment and motor<br />
