Fire regenerator<br />

Source of emissions will be chimney of the fire regenerator by height of 6m, by<br />

diameter - 0.1m. Fuel gas flow for regeneration will make 0.018m3/sec. Temperature of<br />

combustion gases discharge makes 225°C. Action period is 8000h/year.<br />

If the fuel gas density is 0.81kg/m 3 its weight flow will make 14.58g/sec.<br />

Combustion gases volume will make:<br />

V = 7.84 х 0.018m 3 /sec х 1.1 х 1.62 = 0.2515m 3 /sec<br />

Concentration of oxides of nitrogen in combustion gases will make:<br />

С NOх = 1.078 х 180 х 1 х 1.1 0.5 х 0.81 х 10 -3 = 0.1648g/m 3<br />

Emissions of harmful substances from fire regenerator are calculated according to<br />

method [4] and will make:<br />

M NO = 0.2515 х 0.1648 х 0.2 = 0.0083g/s or 0.23874t/y<br />

M NO2 = 0.2515 х 0.1648 х 0.8 = 0.0332g/s or 0.95494t/g<br />

М СО = 1.5 х 14,58 х 10 -3 = 0.0219g/s or 0.63072t/g<br />

М СН = 1.5 х 14,58 х 10 -4 = 0.0022g/s or 0.06307t/y<br />

Total emission from fire regenerator will make 1.88747t/year.<br />

Condensate warehouse<br />

There are provided tanks for condensate gathering and storage on CGTU. Height of<br />

sources – 4m, diameter – 0.15m. Temperature of mix discharge – 20 о С. Sources action<br />

period – all-the-year-round, 8760h/year.<br />

Rated volume of condensate production makes 311.2t/day or 113588t/year. Specific<br />

condensate losses in the form of hydrocarbons make 0.0009t/t, hence, emissions of<br />

hydrocarbons will make:<br />

М сн = 0.0009 х 113588 = 102.2292t/year or 3.241667g/s<br />

Total emission from warehouse makes 102.2292t/year.<br />

Tank for diesel fuel<br />

Source of emissions will be the relief valve of tank for diesel fuel used for ICE<br />

operation. Industrial operations are diesel fuel reception, storage. Source height is 2.5m,<br />

diameter - 0.1m. Source action period is 24 hours a day, 8760 hours per year. Temperature<br />

of air-gas mix emission is 25 о С.<br />

Ingress of diesel fuel in tank within a year has made 106.945tons. Diesel fuel density<br />

is 0.81t/m 3 .<br />

Mineral oil volume which has ingress in tank is equal:<br />

V = 106.945 : 0.81t/m 3 = 132.031m 3<br />

Amount of the hydrocarbons departing from a source is defined by method [5],<br />

taking into account specific losses.<br />

For diesel fuel the specific losses are equal 20t/m 3 х 10 -6 , according to table 1 [5].<br />

Emissions of hydrocarbons are equal:<br />

М сн = 132.031m 3 х 20t/m 3 х10 -6 = 0.003t/g = 0.00008g/s<br />
