Emissions of harmful substances in atmosphere are calculated according to method<br />

М NO = 279.298 х 0.002 х 0.2 = 0.111719 g/sec = 3,523177 t/year<br />

М СН = 279.298 х 0.03 = 8.37894 g/sec = 264,2383 t/year<br />

There is absent hydrogen sulfide content in gas.<br />

Fraction content С 5+higher is equal to 0.99%. <strong>Volume</strong>tric gas discharge is equal to<br />

0.141m 3 /sec.<br />

М carbon black = 0.003 х 0.141 х 0.99 х 3457 х 10 -2 = 0.01448g/s = 0.0.45664t/year,<br />

Total emission from LPF will make 784.363527t/year.<br />

High pressure torch<br />

Source of emissions will be HPF by height – 35m, diameter – 0.7m. Temperature of<br />

mix discharge is 700 о С. Torch action period is all-the-year-round, 8760h/year.<br />

There will ingress gases in a torch:<br />

- from separator 429m 3 /hour by density 0.8042kg/m 3 ;<br />

- aeration 250.5m 3 /hour by density 0.898kg/m 3 ;<br />

- aeration 429m 3 /hour by density 1.21kg/m 3 ;<br />

- from separator 264m 3 /hour by density 0.85165kg/m 3 ;<br />

- aeration 1.41m 3 /hour by density 1.06383kg/m 3 ;<br />

- gas for maintenance of fire on duty 12m 3 /hour with average density 0.8kg/m 3 .<br />

Gases weight flow on a torch will make:<br />

В = (429 х 0.8042 + 250.5 х 0.898 + 429 х 1.21 + 264 х 0.85165 + 1.41 х 1.06383 + 12 х<br />

0.8) х 1000 / 3600 = 368.049g/sec.<br />

М СН = 368.049 х 0.03 = 11.04147g/sec = 348.2038t/year<br />

М carbon black = 0.003 х 0.385 х 0.99 х 3457 х 10 -2 = 0.039529 г/с = 1.24659 t/year,<br />

Total emission from HPF will make 1034,25 t/year.<br />

Condensate pump house<br />

Source of emissions will be the pump for condensate swapping. Conditional<br />

characteristic of the source: height - 2m, diameter - 0.5m. Sources action period is all-theyear-round,<br />

8000h/year.<br />

Specific emissions of hydrocarbons during condensate swapping make 0.039g/s,<br />

according to table 3.5 [4], hence, total emissions of hydrocarbons during condensate<br />

swapping will make:<br />

М сн = 0.039 х 3600 х 8000 х 10 -6 = 1.123 t/year<br />
