their existence in a reservoir. This would increase the number <strong>of</strong> free parameters <strong>and</strong> therefore increase<br />

the complexity (<strong>and</strong> computational requirements) <strong>of</strong> the inversion. However, this may be appropriate<br />

under certain circumstances.<br />
