Federation. Transport Security Monitoring
Centre is founded at every airport,
which supports a direct connection with
Rostransnadzor territorial departments
and FSS and MIA divisions.
In the preflight inspection zone points
there are various types of inspection: manual
inspection, inspection with application
of modern equipment for hazardous
liquids control, as well as the use of metal
detectors, X-ray and other equipment,
precluding the need to remove coats and
shoes .
In the area of staff training there are
on-site training as well as at aviation security
courses and at higher education institutions
in accordance with ICAO programs
and instructors with international
aviation security certificates. In the field
of international cooperation there are active
collaboration with the International
Civil Aviation Organization, International
Air Transport Association, International
Council of Airports, European Conference
of Civil Aviation, the European Union and
other organizations.
In conclusion, it is possible to mention
that today Comprehensive program to ensure
transport public safety and Transport
development strategy for the period up to
2030 pose new serious tasks to improve
aviation security and effective prevention
of unlawful interference acts with existing
