Structural division of the central office
is Rostransnadzor directorate on
state oversight of civil aviation , which
exercises the functions of control (oversight)
in the civil aviation field, the use
of Russian airspace, air navigation services,
users of the Russian Federation
airspace (except Aerospace Search and
Rescue ) .

and road transport modes, as well as the
annual International Forum “Transport of
