Rostransnadzor is engaged in active interaction with transport control bodies of many
foreign stated, as well as with international organizations.

V.B. Chertok speaks at the High Level Conference on behalf of 56 states
Russian Federation to the International
Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). First
of all, it is a constant work of the ICAO
Aviation Security expert, which is the
Deputy Head of Rostransnadzor Vladimir
Chertok , as well as expert adviser –
Vladimir Anisimov. Through participation
in the work of the expert group there is
successful promotion of initiatives of the
Russian Federation by providing of working
and information documents on the most
urgent aviation security issues.
In 2011 in Moscow Regional Conference
on Aviation Security of the European /
North Atlantic region ICAO was organized
and hosted with the active participation of
Rostransnadzor officers, which was one of
the preparations for the convocation of a
High-level ICAO Aviation Security Conference,
which was attended by 134 States.
At High-level Conference on behalf of
the 56 member states of the European /
North Atlantic region representative of
Rostransnadzora Vladimir Chertok spoke
about implementation of the Moscow Regional
Conference resolution and the ICAO
Aviation Security Declaration. At the Conference
the first time Russian exposition
of Rostransnadzor on developing the main
local aviation security point at the Russian
Federation was presented.
In 2012, Rostransnadzor employees (V.
Chertok , P. Badin, V. Anisimov, E. Sokolova)
actively participated in shaping of the
agenda and holding of the first (Paris,
France) and second (Astana, Kazakhstan)
meetings of the European / North Atlantic
regional Office group of ICAO on aviation
security. First time the representatives of
the East European region took the collective
participation in these forums that
solved organizational and practical issues
of interaction and exchange of experience
in the field of aviation security.
After a considerable interval representatives
of Rostransnadzor as a participants
of the Russian delegation (V. Chertok , V.
Anisimov ) involved in international cooperation
with the European Civil Aviation
Conference ( ECAC) . Rostransnadzor
report about the system and the state of
aviation security has been met with great
attention. The ECAC meeting was shown
advances in regulation and organization of
effective public oversight system for aviation
security and told about equipping of
the Russian Federation airports with modern
equipment and training of personnel
