Critical Constraints: For every goal or project in progress there is at least<br />
one critical constraint that determines how fast you <strong>achieve</strong> it.<br />

1. Be clear about your goal.<br />
2. Identify your limiting factor.<br />

At this point, ask yourself this question: Why haven’t I<br />
<strong>achieve</strong>d my goal already?<br />
For example, if your goal is to increase your income by<br />
50 percent, why aren’t you earning at that level? If you want<br />
to increase your fitness level, why aren’t you exercising every<br />
day? Frequently, the simple act of asking and answering<br />
these hard questions will spotlight the critical constraint that<br />
keeps you from reaching your goal.<br />
