an activity for which you would pay someone<br />

6. Now, at the end of one week of reviewing how you<br />
spend your time, make a list that includes:<br />
a. Your 20 percent high-value activities (i.e., those<br />
rated ones and twos)<br />
b. Activities for which you would pay your current<br />
hourly rate<br />
c. Activities for which you would pay your desired<br />
hourly rate<br />
Moving forward, resolve to spend as much time as<br />
possible on your high-value activities—the 20 percent<br />
of activities that contribute the most to the <strong>achieve</strong>ment<br />
of your top business goals and those for which<br />
you would pay your current or even your desired<br />
hourly rate. Then delegate or eliminate as many of<br />
your low-value activities as possible.<br />
