CERTiFiCaTE oF inCoRPoRaTion<br />
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the undersigned do hereby associate<br />
themselves into a corporation under and by virtue of the provisions of<br />
an act of the Legislature of the State of <strong>New</strong> Jersey, entitled Title 15 of<br />
the Revised Statutes, and the several supplements thereto and acts<br />
amendatory thereof.<br />
1. The name of this corporation is THE PINTO HORSE ASSOCIATION<br />
OF AMERICA, INC.<br />
2. The purposes for which this corporation is formed are: (a) to improve<br />
the <strong>Pinto</strong> horse as far as conformation and general breeding, and (b) to<br />
increase the public interest in the <strong>Pinto</strong> horse as a pleasure, parade, and<br />
using horse.<br />
3. The location of the principal office of the corporation is at 7330 NW<br />
23rd Street, Bethany, Oklahoma, 73008, County of Oklahoma.<br />
4. The names of the trustees selected for the first year of existence of<br />
this corporation are: Helen S. Hammond, 5011 Ventnor Avenue, Ventnor<br />
City, NJ; Kay Heikens, Box 420, French Camp, CA; Louise Witz, 1001<br />
S. Barret Avenue, Audubon, NJ; Kay Morin, Marlkress & Kresson Road,<br />
Haddonfield, NJ; A. L. Albright, P.O. Box 159, Cayuga, IN; Iva Albright,<br />
P.O. Box 159, Cayuga, IN.<br />
5. This corporation is not organized for profit and does not contemplate<br />
the distribution of gains, profit, or dividends to the members thereof. No<br />
part of the net earnings of this corporation shall inure to the benefit of<br />
any private shareholder or individual and no part of its activity shall be<br />
carrying on propaganda, or otherwise attempting to influence legislation.<br />
The property of this corporation is irrevocably dedicated to non-profitable<br />
purposes, and upon liquidation, dissolution or abandonment of the owner,<br />
will not inure to the benefit of any private person except a fund, foundation<br />
or corporation organized and operated for non-profitable or charitable<br />
purposes.<br />
