Open Division/Youth Division exhibitors are advanced to<br />

A. Open – earned 35 OCOM points in a category.<br />
B. Youth – earned 35 OCOM points in a category.<br />
Y11. Open Certificate of Ability<br />
Open Division/Youth Division exhibitors are advanced to<br />
Open Certificate of Ability when they have:<br />
A. Open – earned 140 OCOM points in a category.<br />
B. Youth – earned 140 OCOM points in a category.<br />
Y12. Open Certificate of Excellence<br />
Open Division/Youth Division exhibitors are advanced to<br />
Open Certificate of Excellence when they have:<br />
A. Open – earned 175 OCOM points in a category.<br />
B. Youth – earned 175 OCOM points in a category.<br />
Y13. Open Certificate of Achievement<br />
Open Division/ Youth Division exhibitors are advanced to<br />
Open Certificate of Achievement when they have:<br />
A. Open – earned 210 OCOM points in a category.<br />
B. Youth – earned 210 OCOM points in a category.<br />
Y14. Open Certificate of Champions<br />
Open Division/ Youth Division exhibitors are advanced to<br />
Open Certificate of Champions when they have:<br />
A. Open – earned 400 OCOM points in a category.<br />

Y15. Open Certificate of Superior Ability<br />
Open Division/ Youth Division exhibitors are advanced to<br />
Open Certificate of Superior Ability when they have:<br />
A. Open horse – earned 700 OCOM points in a category.<br />
B. Open pony/miniature – earned 525 OCOM points in a<br />
category.<br />
C. Youth – earned 700 OCOM points in a category.<br />
Y16. Open Certificate of Superior Achievement<br />
Open Division/ Youth Division exhibitors are advanced to<br />
Open Certificate of Superior Achievement when they have:<br />
A. Open horse – earned 1,050 OCOM points in a category.<br />
B. Open pony/miniature – earned 700 OCOM points in a<br />
category.<br />
C. Youth – earned 1,050 OCOM points in a category.<br />
Y17. Open Certificate of Versatility<br />
Open Division/ Youth Division exhibitors are advanced to<br />
Open Certificate of Versatility when:<br />
A. Open horse/pony have earned:<br />
1. Open Certificate of Ability in Halter<br />
2. Open Certificate of Excellence<br />
3. Open Certificates of Merit in at least four (4) performance<br />
events; two (2) under English tack and two (2) under<br />
western tack.<br />
B. Open pony/miniature have earned:<br />
1. Open Certificate of Ability in Halter<br />
2. Open Certificate of Excellence<br />
3. Open Certificates of Merit in at least four performance<br />
events; Including: pleasure driving, jumping in-hand,<br />
gymkhana driving, and trail in-hand.<br />
C. Youth have earned:<br />
1. Youth Open Certificate of Ability in Halter<br />
2. Youth Open Certificate of Excellence<br />
