Congress and Futurity <strong>Horse</strong> Show, and General Membership<br />

Meeting/Convention will be approved.<br />

C. Approval for any show on the weekend after the World<br />

Championship <strong>Pinto</strong> Show will be at the discretion of the PtHA<br />

Office.<br />

D. All applications for shows with names containing the verbiage<br />

Regional, National, World, or Congress must be approved by<br />

the PtHA Executive Committee.<br />

E. Distance Between Shows<br />

1. A show may be approved on the same day as another<br />

PtHA approved show if the two are not located within twohundred-fifty<br />

(250) highway miles of each other.<br />

2. The exception is state, regional and county fairs, and<br />

major livestock shows which may be on the same day<br />

as another approved show within two-hundred-fifty (250)<br />

miles of each other.<br />

D7. Premium list<br />

A. All PtHA recognized classes offered at approved shows must<br />

be conducted and judged in accordance with the specifications<br />

of the current PtHA <strong>Rule</strong> <strong>Book</strong>.<br />

B. The premium list/show bill of every approved show must<br />

contain the following:<br />

1. Name of the show secretary<br />

2. Name of the officiating judge(s)<br />

3. Date, exact location, and starting time of the show<br />

4. Entry fees and other fees<br />

5. Disclaimer naming PtHA<br />

6. Classes that are Non-ROM are to be designated as such<br />

7. Closing date of entries<br />

8. Contact information for the show management.<br />

C. Premium lists/show bills/entry forms should be printed in order<br />

to insure uniformity.<br />

D. All shows must abide by the entry fees listed on its premium<br />

list/show bill.<br />

E. An approved show will not be permitted to start earlier than the<br />

advertised schedule.<br />

F. An approved show will not be permitted to modify and revise<br />

the class schedule without approval of the PtHA Business<br />

Office.<br />

G. Restrictions not clearly printed in the premium list/show bill<br />

may not be enforced at the time of the show.<br />

D8. Entry Forms<br />

A. May contain:<br />

1. Logo for the charter/club/sponsoring group.<br />

2. Names of Judges for the show.<br />

B. Must Contain:<br />

1. Disclaimer – “Incomplete entry form may result in a loss of<br />

PtHA points.”<br />

2. Labeled areas on form for the following:<br />

a. Back number<br />

b. Name of Show<br />

c. Date of Show<br />

d. <strong>Pinto</strong> Registration Number<br />

e. Registered Name of <strong>Pinto</strong><br />

f. Owner or Lease ID Number<br />

g. Owner or Lessee Name<br />

h. Contact information for Owner or Lessee<br />

i. Boxes to circle providing information<br />

(1) Classification (<strong>Horse</strong>, Pony, Miniature)<br />

(2) Sex (Mare, Stallion, Gelding)<br />

(3) Pattern (Overo, Tobiano, Solid)<br />

(4) Type (Stock, Hunt, Pleasure, Saddle)<br />
