3. Application is to be made by the sponsoring board or<br />
charter. Charters are not required to host a Jubilee show.<br />
If a Jubilee Show is scheduled by December 1 of the<br />
previous year, PtHA will approve no additional shows for<br />
those dates in the area or within 250 miles of that location.<br />
4. Exceptions may be made in the case of state and national<br />
fairs or shows that have been approved prior to the receipt<br />
of the Jubilee Show application.<br />
G. PtHA may host a Jubilee show in any area where none is<br />
being offered or hosted.<br />
H. Fee Structure<br />
1. Contact the PtHA Office for Jubilee Show Fee Schedule.<br />
2. Jubilee Show fees are assessed per <strong>Pinto</strong> and per entry<br />
and must be paid to the PtHA Office when the show results<br />
are submitted to PtHA, or within 15 days after completion<br />
of the show.<br />

A. PtHA will sanction one show each year to be the World<br />
Championship <strong>Pinto</strong> Show.<br />
B. There shall be a standard class list consisting of those regular<br />
point-earning halter and performance classes that display<br />
the <strong>Pinto</strong> horse, pony, miniature in various capacities. The<br />
premium list may include a very limited number of non-pointearning<br />
classes that promote the breed (e.g., Get of Sire).<br />
C. There shall be a Youth Activities division as well as an Amateur<br />
division, consisting of regular point-earning Western and English<br />
Youth and Amateur classes, respectively, with one or more age<br />
groups.<br />
D. A single class of a performance event (e.g., Working Cow<br />
<strong>Horse</strong>) may receive World Championship status, or an event<br />
may be divided into preliminary qualifying classes followed by<br />
a World Championship Finals class for the event.<br />
E. A four judge system will be used. One set of points shall be<br />
awarded for each judge’s placing, however, the low score will<br />
be dropped for the average card placing. One set of points<br />
will be awarded on the average card. Ribbons or awards for<br />
individual judge placings may be given.<br />
F. World Shows may be held outside the U. S. as deemed<br />
appropriate by PtHA.<br />
G. The number of points awarded to the winner in any class at the<br />
World Show where there are three (3) entries shall be a single<br />
point per judge, and a single point, tripled, for the average<br />
placing. No points will be awarded to World Show classes with<br />
less than three (3) entries.<br />
H. At the World Championship Show, only the Stock type Halter<br />
class division will be divided into Tobiano and Overo classes.<br />
E7. <strong>Pinto</strong> special Events & speciality shows<br />
Special Events and Shows approved by PtHA on a per<br />
show basis. Contact PtHA Office for more details.<br />
E8. Futurity shows<br />
A. Show Application<br />
1. Futurities require separate approval using a separate show<br />
application form and separate approval fees. (See Fee<br />
Schedule)<br />
2. Futurity classes will be approved on an individual basis as<br />
a separate activity if held in conjunction with a show.<br />
3. A copy of all futurity rules and regulations must be sent<br />
with the application.<br />
