Task 17. Time to Review<br />

Your teacher will show the class a video clip of a play. Using the tips you’ve<br />

learned in writing a play review, come up with your group’s play review to include the<br />

following:<br />

summary statement of the play (what is the play all about)<br />

acting of the cast<br />

technical aspect of the production (props, improvisation, background music<br />

This is all part of your request to the PTA whom you’ve been persuading to invest<br />

in your school production. You need to practice writing your play review so you’ll be<br />

prepared to sell your play to other stakeholders.<br />
