Task 17. Time to Review
Your teacher will show the class a video clip of a play. Using the tips you’ve
learned in writing a play review, come up with your group’s play review to include the
following:
introduction
summary statement of the play (what is the play all about)
acting of the cast
technical aspect of the production (props, improvisation, background music
This is all part of your request to the PTA whom you’ve been persuading to invest
in your school production. You need to practice writing your play review so you’ll be
prepared to sell your play to other stakeholders.
