Modelle_Girl: businka_2007: So why don’t you know?)
The dialogue below (18) was provided by chatters who thought there might be a
technical problem in their chat room.
(18) volare: chat hängt ständig
Afra11: pressing F5 kicks me out
now...*grumble*”
Clearly, this talk is not goal-oriented, it rather reminds one of people sitting
together in an office and having some chat about a crashed computer. As
mentioned in the introduction, this kind of talk is basically lead for entertainment
purposes. Thus it is no surprise, that the approach to the problem is not strictly
goal-oriented.
5.2.5 Leisure time plans
In the process of getting acquainted, users are interested in the activities of other
users, though the willingness to give detailed information is not very high.
Evidently further information is only given when someone is really interested in
the other person. More often, chatters talk about general topics in large groups
