Raffreddamento
- Premendo consecutivamente
il tasto MODE fino
a che il led si posiziona sotto
al simbolo dopo qualche
secondo il led1 lampeggia
fino all’accensione del
compressore.
Disattivazione
- Tenere premuto per 2 secondi
il tasto ON-OFF della tastiera
in figura. Il “display valori”
si spegne e rimane acceso
il led “POWER”. Chiudere
lo sportellino.

- Press consecutively the
MODE key until the
LED is positioned under the
symbol after a few
seconds the LED 1 flashes
until the compressor turns
on.
Deactivation
- Keep the ON-OFF key of the
keyboard in figure. pressed
for 2 seconds. The "values
display" switches off and the
"POWER" LED remains
alight. Close the door
Refroidissement
- En appuyant
consécutivement sur la
touche MODE jusqu'à
ce que le voyant se place
sous le symbole au bout
de quelques secondes, le
voyant 1 clignote jusqu'à
l'allumage du compresseur.
Désactivation
- Maintenir enfoncé pendant 2
secondes la touche ON-OFF
du clavier montré dans la
figure. L'"afficheur valeurs"
s'éteint et le voyant "POWER"
reste allumé. Fermer le
portillon.
Kühlung
- Drücken Sie nacheinander
die Taste MODE , bis
sich die Led unter dem
Symbol positioniert.
Nach einigen Sekunden
blinkt die Led1 bis zum
Einschalten
des
Kompressors.
Deaktivierung
- Halten Sie für 2 Sekunden die
Taste ON-OFF der Tastatur
in der Abbildung gedrückt.
Das "Werte-Display" geht
aus, und die Led "POWER"
bleibt eingeschaltet.
Schließen Sie die
Abdeckung.

Controlli durante e dopo la
prima messa in servizio
Ad avviamento effettuato bisogna
verificare che:
- La corrente assorbita dal
compressore sia inferiore a
quella massima indicata nella
tabella Dati Tecnici.
- Verificare che durante il funzionamento
del compressore
la tensione elettrica corrisponda
al valore nominale +/
-10%.
- Verificare che l’alimentazione
trifase del modello Ci15
abbia uno sbilanciamento
massimo tra le fasi del 3%.
- Verificare che il livello di
rumorosità del compressore
trifase del modello Ci15 non
sia anormale, in questo caso
invertire tra di loro due fasi
di alimentazione.
- L’apparecchio operi all’interno
delle condizioni di funzionamento
consigliate (vedi
cap. "caratteristiche tecniche").
- Il circuito idraulico sia completamente
disaerato.
- Il refrigeratore esegua un arresto
e la successiva
riaccensione.
- Controllare che il salto termico
tra mandata e ritorno sia
compreso tra 4 e 6°C interrogando
il parametro t02 (vedi
paragr. 3.2.2).
- Controllare il corretto
posizionamento della sonda
in ingresso verificando che
la temperatura visualizzata
sul display dal controllore sia
coerente con la temperatura
dell'acqua in ingresso al refrigeratore.
Checks during and after the
first starting up.
When the start-up has been
completed check that:
- The current absorbed by
the compressor is less than
the maximum indicated in
the technical data table.
- Check that during the
compressor operation the
electrical power voltage
corresponds to the nominal
value +/-10%.
- Check that the three-phase
power supply for the Ci15
model has a maximum
imbalance between phases
of 3%.
- Check that the noise level of
the Ci15 model three-phase
compressor is normal,
otherwise invert the two
power-supply phases.
- The unit operates in the
recommended operating
conditions (see "technical
data" chapter).
- All air has been completely
bled from the hydraulic
circuit
- The chiller stops and then
restarts
- Check the thermal
difference between inlet and
outlet is between 4 and 6°C
- checking the parameter t02
(see paragraph 3.2.2).
- Check the correct
positioning of the inlet probe
checking that the temperature
shown by the controller
on the display is consistent
with the temperature of inlet
water to the chiller

Une fois le démarrage
effectué, il faut vérifier que:

compresseur est inférieur à

- S'assurer que, pendant le
fonctionnement du
compresseur, la tension
électrique correspond à la
valeur nominale +/-10%.
- S'assurer que l'alimentation
triphasée du modèle Ci15 doit
avoir un déséquilibre
maximal entre les phases de
3%.
- S'assurer que le niveau sonore
du compresseur
triphasé du modèle Ci15
n'est pas anormal, dans ce
cas inverser deux phases
d'alimentation.
- L'appareil fonctionne à
l'intérieur des conditions de
fonctionnement conseillées
(voir chap. "Caractéristiques
techniques").
- Le circuit d'eau est
complètement purgé.
- Le réfrigérateur effectue un
arrêt et le rallumage suivant.
- S'assurer que le saut
thermique entre refoulement
et retour est compris entre 4
et 6°C en interrogeant le
paramètre t02 (voir paragr.
3.2.2)."
- Contrôler le positionnement
correct de la sonde à l'entrée
en s'assurant que la
température affichée sur
l'afficheur par le contrôleur
est cohérente avec la
température de l'eau à
l'entrée du réfrigérateur.

Erstinbetriebnahme
Nach durchgeführtem Start sind
folgende
Punkte
sicherzustellen:
- Die Stromaufnahme des
Kompressors ist niedriger als
der in der Tabelle der
technischen Daten
angegebene Wert.
- Stellen Sie sicher, dass
während des Betriebs der
Kompressoren die elektrische
Versorgungsspannung dem
Nennwert +/-10 % entspricht.
- Stellen Sie sicher, dass die
Dreiphasenspannung beim
Modell Ci15 eine Abweichung
von maximal 3 % zwischen den
Phasen aufweist.
- Stellen Sie sich er, dass der
Geräuschpegel des
Dreiphasen-Kompressors
beim Modell Ci15 im normalen
Rahmen liegt. Tauschen Sie
andernfalls zwei der
Versorgungsphasen aus.
- Das Gerät arbeitet innerhalb
der
empfohlenen
Betriebsbedingungen (siehe
Kap. "Technische
Eigenschaften").
- Der Wasserkreis ist vollständig
entlüftet.
- Der Kühler führt einen Stopp
und das anschließende
Wiedereinschalten aus.
- Überprüfen Sie den
thermischen Sprung zwischen
Druckleitung und Rücklauf der
Anlage, der 4÷6 °C betragen
muss, indem Sie den Parameter
"t02" abfragen (siehe Abschnitt
3.2.2)."
- Kontrollieren Sie die korrekte
Positionierung der Sonde im
Eingang, indem Sie
sicherstellen, dass die auf dem
Display der Steuerung
angezeigte Temperatur der
Temperatur des Wassers im
Einlauf zum Kühler entspricht.
