The air inlet or expulsion pipes or the
grills are blocked or too long causing a
fall in the volume of air.
The wall fixings or the floor mounting
positioning are not correct. The pipes have
no anti-vibration joints. The compressor
has moved or the tubes have deformed
during the transport.
There are cracks In the joints or along the
air outlet pipes. The union closing plugs
are missing.
Inadequate drainage has been performed
or the air pipes for the condenser are too
long
If a boiler is installed in the system, check
the system deviator valves.
Check the dimensioning of the system
and the number of connected terminals.
Check the path of the pipes and the
presence of obstacles in proximity to the
inlet and outlet grills
Check that the pipes are not pressing
against parts of the frame (transmitting
vibrations).
Connect correctly the air pipes to the
unions on the machine. Check that all
the closing plugs have been well fixed
onto the unused unions.
Check the joints between the various
pipes and between the pipes and the
unions on the machine.
If the unit has been functioning for some
time, clean the condenser.
Check the correct dimensions of the
condenser air inlet and outlet pipes (see
paragraph 2.2.5).
Water is dripping out of the outside grills
The unit does not work, the control panel

function) is switched to ON (up) for more
than an hour).
The unit has operated for more than 1000
hours without any cleaning of the
condenser.
Insulate better the condenser ventilation
pipes and check that they slope towards
the pre-arranged collection or drainage
points.
Check that the mains water supply is
open. Check that the water drainage is
correctly connected and it is not
obstructed and that there are no water
leaks.
Check that the level float is functioning
and that the collection tank loading valve
is not leaking.
Return micro-switch 1 to the OFF position
(down)
Request the intervention of the OLIMPIA
SPLENDID technical service to perform
the cleaning.
