Alporto
Porto Luca Ferrari – Alassio
Tel. 348 1428089 (Layla)
Aperto da giovedì a domenica
Spesa 30-40 euro
Famoso (forse troppo) come una delle
discoteche più chic della Riviera delle
Palme, il complesso denominato
Alporto è anche e soprattutto un
ristorante lussuoso e accogliente, per
proporre nell’elegante “castello” del
piano di sopra della variegata struttura
multisala le creazioni dello chef Frank.
Da antologia il fritto misto, leggero ma
gustoso, e il tonno in crosta di
mandorle e pistacchi, ghiotto e
raffinato.
Per i tavoli vip l’evocativa e divertente
possibilità di essere serviti direttamente
dal padrone del locale, il carismatico
Renzo Lattuada. Ad animare le serate
anche la bellissima “monella” Layla.
Famous (perhaps too famous) as one of
the most chic discothèques on the
Riviera of the Palms, Alporto is first of
all a luxury restaurant.
In its elegant “castle” on the floor
above the variegated multi-salon
structure, the chef, Frank, will propose
a variety of his creations to you. From
the anthology, the fritto misto is light
but tasty, and the tuna in an almond
and pistachio crust is delicious and
refined.
For the VIP tables there is the evocative
and fun option of being served directly
by the owner of the restaurant, the
charismatic, Renzo Lattuada. And
adding animation to the evening is the
beautiful charmer, Layla. Papei da Turta
Aperto tutti i giorni
Spesa 10-20 euro
La chef Sybilla Carbone è una trentenne
rampante, brillantemente passata – per
una improvvisa vocazione – dalla
Accademia delle Belle Arti ai fornelli, con
tanto entusiasmo e ottimi risultati.
Aperto nei primi mesi dell’anno, Papei da
Turta ha preso il posto (piccolo) di un
vecchio bar del centro di Alassio,
cambiando completamente volto al
locale e puntando su menu di piatti “da
casa che non si fanno più in casa perché
troppo impegnativi come tempo e
procedimenti”. Artista della buona cucina
ligure, Sybilla “fotografa” quanto di più
sfizioso possa esserci dalle nostre parti,
dalle frittelle di baccalà allo stoccafisso,
dalla sardenaira alla farinata, dal
coniglio alla sanremasca alle trofie al
pesto rigorosamente autoctono.
Academy of Fine Arts to the cooktop,
with much enthusiasm and wonderful
results. Opened in the first months of
this year, Papei da Turta replaced a
(small) old bar in the center of Alasssio,
completely renovated it, and began to
focus on dishes “that you don’t make at
home because they are too complicated
and time-consuming”. An artist of good
Ligurian cuisine, Sybilla “photographs”
the most delicious of our cooking, from
frittelle di baccalà to stoccafisso, from
sardenaira to farinata, from rabbit aallllaa
rigorously indigenous.
giapponese Nao Tamura. Tavoli sul mare
e dehors coperto e riscaldato.
Fresh from its inauguration on October
6, the restaurant-pizzeria di Luca e Paolo
is a trendy place for those who love
good cooking and for those who want
good pizza. The young chef, Fabio
Maiano, has an innovative style that
unites classical Ligurian pleasures with
the passion of matching – without fear
– salty with sweet. This leads to his fish
baked in the oven with dried fruit,
cacao pappardelle with scampi or
shrimps, brandacujun with toasted pine
nuts, ravioli filled with pesto with a
tomato zabaione sauce. The wine cellar
has over 50 references from all over
Italy. The plates that they use are made
of silicone in the shape of a leaf, (the
work of Japanese designer, Nao
Tamura). The tables look over the sea,
and the outdoor area is heated.
