Lei Ye is a PhD candidate in <strong>the</strong> School <strong>of</strong> Management at Massey University, New Zealand. She also

Aboubakr A. Moteleb Zade Consultant, researcher & lecturer in knowledge management systems (KMS).
Consulted for various international organizations including <strong>the</strong> UN, <strong>the</strong> Industry Modernization Centre <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>
EU, Japan <strong>International</strong> Cooperation Agency, Lloyds TSB and Panasonic. PhD and research published in
international conferences and journals resulted in a grounded methodology for developing KMS that deliver
value to organizations.
Mohd Zali is an I.T Development Manager in a global shipping organization. He is also pursuing his PhD in
<strong>the</strong> area <strong>of</strong> Knowledge Management in collaborative S<strong>of</strong>tware Maintenance in Universiti Putra Malaysia. As
an avid cyclist and keen carpenter, he finds it a challenge to balance <strong>the</strong> work, sport, hobby and study. He’s
hoping to complete <strong>the</strong> PhD this year.
Kürşad Zorlu graduated in Public Administration at Selçuk University, Turkey in 1998. He completed his
Ph.D in Management and Organization Science at Kırıkkale University in 2009. He currently works as
Chairman <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Ahi Evran University Department <strong>of</strong> Business Management in <strong>the</strong> Turkey. His research
focuses on KM discipline and applications, productivity, SMEs, organizational behaviour and Central Asia.
