The above data show <strong>the</strong> initial findings such as
Most problems (Bugs) come from add on or changed requirement.
The NC Bugs come from lacking <strong>of</strong> Knowledge in <strong>the</strong> project domain.
The QA Bugs come from production process.
Standard such as ISO 9001:2008 or ISO/IEC 15504(TQS) cannot complete <strong>the</strong> process <strong>of</strong>
changing requirement.
The above initial findings motivate for new concept for VSE in term <strong>of</strong> Requirement Engineering and
management to capture, identify and suggest for <strong>the</strong> new concept and tools for Thai local s<strong>of</strong>tware
companies. There are some specific tool such as domain ontology and SQuaRE which don’t mention
for requirement quality in use. So <strong>the</strong> project will develop new Requirement classification s<strong>of</strong>tware
using ontology-base and new S<strong>of</strong>tware Product Quality Requirement Model for VSE.
4.2 Populations and qualified sample
The population in this research are Thai local s<strong>of</strong>tware company project managers or system analyst
who are key knowledge workers <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> project. Quantitative classification criteria will be by size: 11-20
workers/employees (The definition is from <strong>the</strong> WG24)
