<strong>the</strong>refore it is needed to compare <strong>the</strong>se results in o<strong>the</strong>r organizations.The study’s managerial
contribution stems from acknowledging <strong>the</strong> need to understand <strong>the</strong> differences in communities and
development projects and to create means for disseminating <strong>the</strong> development project results into <strong>the</strong>
communities and <strong>the</strong>ir everyday practices overcoming barriers such as discrepancies in values and
languages.
