in Conceptual Framework below.
Research Framework: Integration <strong>of</strong> Domain Ontology-based Knowledge Management and
SQuaRE for Thai local s<strong>of</strong>tware companies.
3.1 Research objective
The research aims to test and validate <strong>the</strong> integration <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> communication tool for elicitation
s<strong>of</strong>tware requirement data and applying ISO25000 S<strong>of</strong>tware Product Quality Requirement for new
model <strong>of</strong> classifying s<strong>of</strong>tware quality attributes. So <strong>the</strong> research objects are:
To set up communication tool and classification s<strong>of</strong>tware for elicitation s<strong>of</strong>tware requirement data
to participate customers for ga<strong>the</strong>ring <strong>the</strong> requirement and information.
To deploy and integrate <strong>the</strong> output from classification s<strong>of</strong>tware with technical standards ISO
25000 S<strong>of</strong>tware Product Quality Requirement & ISO9126 Evaluation <strong>of</strong> S<strong>of</strong>tware Quality for
traceability and quality process.
To investigation <strong>the</strong> result <strong>of</strong> using <strong>the</strong> tools and techniques.
To reused new S<strong>of</strong>tware elicitation tool for new projects.
3.2 Hypo<strong>the</strong>sis
The assumption <strong>of</strong> this research, “The integration <strong>of</strong> communication & classification tool and S<strong>of</strong>tware
Product Quality Requirement is new effective tool for requirement elicitation” Because Thai culture is
not used to show and share idea and opinion so using tool for reducing communication gap.
4. Results
4.1 Initial finding from VSE
The problem from Survey <strong>of</strong> VSE: Case Study S<strong>of</strong>tware company in Samut Saknon. The historical
data was collected for three years for finding <strong>the</strong> problems and survey <strong>the</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r evidences.
