The Rosemount WWTP will be phased out by 2007, as the outfall from the expanded<br />

Empire WWTP is brought online. The in<strong>for</strong>mation is still summarized because the<br />

outfall from Empire will be able to serve these areas with treated effluent when the<br />

facility is abandoned. There are four facilities within a 1-mile radius of Rosemount<br />

and five more within a five-mile radius. <strong>Municipal</strong> water demand was 0.07 and<br />

nonpotable water demand was 7.7 mgd in 2004. Figure 3.24 show these industries<br />

spatially and Table 3.22 lists the facilities and their industry type.<br />
