Importing an Address Book

To Import and Address Book:
1 In the Address Book pane, click the Import Address Book ( ) button
or right-click an empty area in the pane and then click Import
Address Book.
The Import Address Book dialog box appears.
2 Enter the path from which to import the Address Book or click the
Browse button.
3 In the Open dialog box navigate to the desired Address Book file (in
XML format) to import.
When importing an Address Book, participants with exact names in the current
Address Book will be overwritten by participants defined in the imported
Address Book.
4 Click Open.
You will return to the Import File dialog box.
5 Click OK.
The Address Book is imported and a confirmation message is
displayed at the end of the process.
6 Click Close.
