Polycom RMX 2000 Administrator’s Guide Installing RMX Manager for Secure Communication Mode The RMX Manager cannot be downloaded from a site, operating in Secure Communication Mode, without a valid TLS certificate. The following procedure describes how to obtain a TLS certificate and download the RMX Manager from a site operating in Secure Communication Mode.
