Field Description<br />

Port Speed The <strong>RMX</strong> has 3 LAN ports. The administrator can set the<br />

speed and transmit/receive mode manually for LAN 2<br />

Port only.<br />

Port The LAN port number: 1, 2 or 3.<br />

Note: Do not change the automatic setting<br />

of Port 1 and Port 3. Any change to Port 1<br />

speed will not be applied.<br />

Speed Select the speed and transmit/receive mode<br />

for each port.<br />

Default: Auto – Negotiation of speed and<br />

transmit/receive mode starts at 1000 Mbits/<br />

second Full Duplex, proceeding downward to<br />

10 Mbits/second Half Duplex.<br />

Note: To maximize conferencing<br />

performance, especially in high bit rate call<br />

environments, a 1Gb connection is<br />

recommended.
