Basicaly theadded glycerol reaches an equilibrum intra and inter cell after aproximately 6 days.The growing environments which are enriched with glycerol provide to thefermentation a higher biomass quantity with 10-12% comparaed with therefference sample. Temporary we observed also a modification regarding the colorand the consistency of the biomass. As the osmotic pressure modifies, thesetrans<strong>format</strong>ions diminished, the biomass returning to its initial aspect.Watching the three strains in this fermentative cycle, we may observe thatSB3 strain has biotachnological properties which are superior compared to thestrains SB1 and SB2.From the mathematical point of view, we may say that the SB3 has anegative covariation (cov(X,Y,Z) = - 0,33 < 0).The biomass accumulation has trends of variation in the other direction, thecorrelation quotient reaching the value of -0,002 which indicated the trend of theSB3 strain to evolve independently (the quotient is generally defined in the interval-1; 1), in the three types of culture.AKNOWLEDGEMENTS - This work was cofinanced from the European SocialFund through Sectoral Operational Programme Human Resources Development2007-2013, project number POSDRU/89/1.5/S/63258 ”Postdoctoral school forzootechnical biodiversity and food biotehnology based on the eco-economy and thebio-economy required by eco-san-genesys”.163
