For Roclas cultivar, the highest number of leaves on the environment hasbeen medioum control, medium without added PEG, the value being 13.4; thelowest number of leaves on plantlets was obtained variant 4 of medium which hada PEG concentration of 0,012 M (fig. 5).Statistical interpretation of results obtained by the number of leaves on plantlets ofvarieties testedIn the case of the average values obtained from the analysis of cultivar, it isnoted that the differences are small by -0.872 leaves and were statisticallysignificant as distinct, but negative (Table 5).Table 5.
