Dor. Large samples of grain were harvested from field plots of each genotype atharvest-ripeness by gentle hand-threshing this time period.Temperatures and volumes of rain during ripening of grains of cereals havebeen registered by meteorologically station of Craiova using internationalstandards methods.Measuring of temperatures during germination into germination thermocabinethas been made, automatically by the thermometers incorporated intothermo-cabined, which have been calibrated by National Metrological Authority.The samples of grains were taken, carried into laboratory and primary havebeen observed, counted and registered the sprouted seeds. After that have beenhomogenized and counted four repetitions of 100 seeds of pure grains for everyvarieties of Dropia, Boema, Glossa, Dor and Crina which have transferred togermination laboratory. The samples were lied to un wet substrate (filter paper),using method between paper. .Due to the seed’s dormancy of grain of wheat, which could be longer orshorter accordingly with genetics of varieties and influences of environmentalcondition during harvest season, the samples have been physically thermal treatedby pre-cooling at 10°C for 4 to 8 days up to getting of coleoptiles and seminal rootsfrom 70% of seeds.The time of pre-cooling (4 to 8 days) is not counted as germination time,accordingly to the ISTA norms for germination of cereals seed determination.The germination substrates (filter paper with neutral pH) have been moistwith municipal pipe-water, with neutral pH, both of them been free of fito-toxicsubstances. The filter paper have a good capacity to water retention in order toassure the moist necessary to seeds to germinate throw the all garminative period(8 days).The all repetition have been introduced into germination cabinet, intoplastics bag, uncolored and transparent, with dimensions large enough to permitdevelopment of germs.The results have been interpreted using international ISTA methods fordetermination of cereal’s seed germination.RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONThe records have been made from year 2005 in Şimnic area, frombegining of grain <strong>format</strong>ion up to harvest time. Could be observed o constant risingfrom one day to the next along the entire periods without thermical shocks. Theaverage daily temperatures recorded have values between 11.9°C and 23.6°C, withan amplitude of 11.7°C (Figure 1). The rainfall recorded for these periods, notvery often in these seasons, have been with high values, having an influence of full87
