Aromatic character of Muscat is printed by Linalool, which is found in greaterquantity in these wines5. Aroma compounds showed variations in the two wines (MI and M II), especiallyterpenes (Linalool), these being found in almost double the amount of wineproduced in Murfatlar than the one produced in Stefanesti Arges.6.
