The analysis made of the conditions of conducting the reclamation foragricultural purposes in the region of "Maritsa Iztok" and the prospects for itssuccessful development through nonhumus ways ascertained that:- There are many problems, the most significant is the importance oftheir climatic and technological nature.- - It is advisable to make adjustments in the technological operations intechnical and biological reclamation. To develop a specific system offarming for biological reclamation purposes by growing siderate crops, species and variety structure of field crops, consistent with the changedclimatic conditions and criteria for the maintenance of the parametersof soil substrates in optimal limits according to the requirements of theoccupational cultures.- - Any agro-ameliorative event unsuitable for the specific conditionsleads to the risk of failure of the whole technology of disturbed landreclamation of the land disturbed by the open coal mining in “Maritza-Iztok" area.REFERENCES:1.
