The maximmal value has been recorded at sample A from natural meadowfertilised with chemical fertilisers (2.30 mg BC /100g ).The other considered samples (samples D and T) have closed values of β-carotene. 1.10 mg BC/100g has been recorded at sample D from a seeded andammended meadow, fertilised and padocked. At sample T of the experimental areahas been recorded a β-carotene concentration of 1.38 mg BC/100g.Metal content (Cu, Fe, Zn). After metal content determination of each greenfodder, the results are shown below:Concentration (ppm)151311975317,28,1Cu10,114,47,3C o n c en tra tio n ( p p m )10090807060504030201093,287,5Zn43,547,436,8-1A C D T ESample0A C D T ESample900800Fe867,7700Concentration (ppm)600500400300200126,8359,7176,54261000A C D T ESampleFig 2.
