Flap position sensors -G92-, -<br />

G112-, -G113- or -G114-<br />

malfunctioning .<br />

Control module malfunctioning<br />

Corrective actions<br />

- Check wiring and connectors to control<br />

module using wiring diagram.<br />

- Check function of flap motors for<br />

regulating air conditioner using function<br />

03 Output Diagnostic Test Mode (DTM)<br />

- Disconnect electrical connectors to<br />

listed sensors one after another, erase<br />

DTC memory ( Page 01-39 ) and<br />

check DTC memory again ( Page 01-<br />

12 ). If the "Reference voltage"<br />

malfunction is no longer recognized (and<br />

the DTC reappears after reconnecting),<br />

the applicable flap motor must be<br />

replaced.<br />

- Replace control module if necessary.<br />

Then select the following functions one<br />

after another: 07 Code control module<br />

Page 01-41 & 04 Basic setting<br />

Page 01-35 .<br />

1) One of these messages will be displayed in addition to indication of relevant<br />

component.<br />
