flowers small. Sepals clawed, TT> in. long including the claw,<br />

limb almost round. Druplets obliquely egg-shaped, -g in. long,<br />

ended by a slightly bent back and compressed beak.<br />

Distribution. Plains of India and temperate Himalaya,<br />

N. and S. temperate and subtropical regions.<br />
