erect. Corolla-tube hardly longer than the calyx, less than
i in., sometimes in., lobes short, blue, folds between the
lobes bifid, throat without scales. Capsule -} by i?--J in., stalk

as long.

the flower-heads. Flowers blue, stalkless, i in. long, crowded
into heads at the end of stem and branches. Calyx nearly
