106 T Á R S A D A L O M T U D O M Á N Y O K A HUMOR ÉS A JÓLLÉT KAPCSOLATÁNAK VIZSGÁLATA Szerzõ: FENYVESI Noémi, IV. évfolyam Témavezetõ: HEVESI Krisztina tanársegéd Intézmény: Eötvös Loránd Tudományegyetem, Pedagógiai és Pszichológiai Kar, Pszichológia Tanszék, Budapest A vizsgálat elsõdleges célja a Szituációs humor kérdõív (Situational Humor Response Questionaire, Martin és Lefcourt, 1984) és a Humor, mint megküzdés kérdõív (The Coping Humor Scale, Martin és Lefcourt, 1983) kérdõívek magyar nyelvre való adaptációja volt. A Szituációs humor és a megküzdéses humor kérdõívekrõl elmondható, hogy magyar nyelven is alkalmasnak bizonyultak a mérésre, megfelelõ a reliabilitásuk és validitásuk, így hasznos lenne õket a jövõben szélesebb körben alkalmazni. Emellett vizsgáltam a humor, mint megküzdési stratégia és a szubjektív jóllét összefüggéseit is. A regresszió analízis eredménye szerint az általános jóllétet a Humor, mint megküzdés kérdõíven elért pontszám megbízhatóan elõrejelzi. Egy másik izgalmas kérdést is vizsgáltam: a kívánatossági hatás torzítását, vagyis ha megkérdezzük az embereket, mennyire gondolják magukat humorosnak, akkor hajlamosak az átlagnál humorosabbként, vagy átlagosan humorosként kategorizálni magukat, annak ellenére, hogy a valóságban ezen személyiségjegy is normál eloszlást követ. Végül, de nem utolsósorban az attitûdbeli hasonlóság kérdése is elõkerült: minél többet nevet, mosolyog valaki, annál valószínûbb, hogy fontos számára, hogy barátai is hozzá hasonlóan humorosak legyenek. Kulcsszavak: humor, mint megküzdés; a humor kvantitatív definíciója; jóllét; pozitív pszichológia CONNEXIONS BETWEEN THE SUBJECTIVE WELL-BEING AND THE SENSE OF HUMOR Author: Noémi FENYVESI 4 th year student Supervisor: Krisztina HEVESI assistant Institution: Eötvös Lóránd Science University, Faculty of Humanities, Budapest The purpose of this work is to adapt The Situational Humor Response Questionaire (Martin & Lefcourt, 1984) and The Coping Humor Scale (Martin & Lefcourt, 1983) into hungarian language. Based on the results of this review the scales have adequate reliability and validity rates, so it would be useful to use them widely in the future. I also examined the humor as a coping strategy and it’s connexions to the subjective well being. It reveals that the Coping Humor Scale scores dependably forecasts one’s subjective well being. The social desirability effect is also an interesting question: when asked to estimate their own sense of humor most of the subjects stated that theirs was either average V I I . The correspondence of attitudes shows: the more you laugh and smile, the more probable is that it’s important for a person, that his/her friends have a sense of humor like him/her.
