The point of measure is how these acts could live, how can we observe them and also the qualitative, stylistic and professional features. During my studies in Pécs I came across with the practical and theoretical heritage protection use in Hungary that served as an example of what can be seen as caracteristic in the European Union. The way of thinking, in quality and in their realisation is quite different from the Serbian. Monitoring the examples in Subotica, I wasn’t able to find logical reasons and explanation of those issues that I discovered there. For this reason I started to take a look on our Law; after I learned more about the positive and negative side of the Hungarian examples, next to the judicial background, I took the mentality, the mental aspect, in the way of common behave of the country also into consideration. Considering the small sources that i had (used laws and my own toughts) this objective topic has,in some cases, subjective outputs.. Spontaneously trough the analyse it came into being the comparison of the acts. In my paper the contrasts, parallels stand out in relief. During the analysis and at the end of the work critical comments and changeover recommendations are given, both practical and theoretical, with the objective of the improvement of both laws and the way of thinking inherent to them. Na studijama u Peèuju susretala sam sa praktiènom i teorijskom zaštitom kulturnih dobara, primenjene u Maðarskoj i u drugim zemljama EU, koji i po kvalitetu i po moguguænostima primene razlikuju od zakona primenjenem u Srbiji. Posmatrajuæi primere iz Subotice nisam našla logièke razloge i obljašnjenja za tamošnja iskustva, i zbog toga sam izuèavala domaæe zakone, a kad sam upoznala i pozitivne i negativne primere iz Maðarske, pored zaleðine poèela sam posmatrati i naèin razmišljanja. Tokom izrade ovog rada, pored pravnih propisa i mišljenja nisam imala drugih izvora i zbog toga je ova objektivna tema na nekim mestima postala subjektivna. U analizi su uporeðeni zakoni, i do do izražaja su došle razlike, sliènosti i na osnovu toga kritika, mišljenje i predlozi za promene. I sve to na nivou iskustva i teorije u cilju da bi došlo do poboljšanja, ne samo u zakonima, jer ni jedan nije besprekoran, veæ i u razmišljanju èoveka.
