Category 2SN population.<br />

Category 2AN population.<br />

Category 2SC population.<br />

3) Must include 1 or more non-English-speaking person.<br />

4) May be volunteer participants vice actual residents or tenants.<br />

5) May be evacuated on foot or by vehicle.<br />

6) May include activation <strong>of</strong> 1 or more collection points, depending upon<br />

the scenario.<br />

7) Must be returned to original location when directed by installation EOC.<br />

8) Demobilize evacuation management team.<br />
