(10) Public health emergency. In support <strong>of</strong> AR 525–27, DODI 6055.17, and DODI 6200.03, all <strong>Army</strong> installations<br />

shall develop a SA for executing emergency health powers, specifically the use <strong>of</strong> ROM and quarantine authorities.<br />

Development will be led by the installation PHEO in coordination with the membership <strong>of</strong> the installation EMWG. See<br />

chapter 18 for additional information. See table G–11 for development assignments.<br />

(11) Critical infrastructure risk management. In support <strong>of</strong> AR 525–26, <strong>Army</strong> installations with identified critical<br />

infrastructure shall develop a SA detailing procedures for protecting, sustaining, and restoring critical infrastructure<br />

based upon National, DOD, and <strong>Army</strong> requirements. Development will be led by the regional or installation CIRM<br />

<strong>of</strong>ficer* (if assigned) or DPW** in coordination with the membership <strong>of</strong> the installation EMWG with support from the<br />

installation ATO and the installation emergency manager. See table G–12 for development assignments.<br />
