This appendix provides a complete list <strong>of</strong> performance objectives for the <strong>Army</strong> EM <strong>Program</strong>. Each performance<br />
objective is identified with a functional area lead and a Development Lead in addition to the reference chapter(s) which<br />
provide the supporting details regarding each performance objective. This list serves as the task basis for the TRADOC<br />
Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership, Personnel, and Facilities Analysis <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Army</strong> EM <strong>Program</strong><br />
and should serve as the basis for program review and evaluation at the headquarters and installation levels. See table<br />
