H–28. Agreement exclusivity<br />

This agreement is not intended to be exclusive between (insert installation title) and (insert civil parties). Any <strong>of</strong> the<br />

parties may, as they deem necessary or expedient, enter into separate support agreements with any other party or<br />

parties. Entry into such separate agreements shall not, unless specifically stated, affect any relationship or understandings<br />

contained herein.<br />
