meso-(mésityl)dipyrrométhane (5) 4 C H 3 5 3 2 CH 3 NH HN 1 CH 3 Dans un ballon de 100 mL, 2 mL de 2,4,6 triméthylbenzaldéhyde (13,6 mmol, 1 éq) sont mélangé à 40 mL de pyrrole fraîchement distillé (0,57 mol, 42 éq). A c<strong>et</strong>te solution, dégazée par barbotage d’argon durant 10 minutes, on ajoute 200 µL de TFA (2,7 mmol, 0,2 éq). Le mélange est agité 30 minutes à température ambiante jusqu’à disparition totale de l’aldéhyde. Il est ensuite dilué dans 100 mL de dichlorométhane, neutralisé par une solution aqueuse d’hydroxyde de sodium 0,1 M, rincé à l’eau distillée (2x150 mL), séché sur sulfate de magnésium, filtré puis évaporé. Le mélange obtenu est purifié par chromatographie sur colonne (toluène/ triéthylamine 99/1). Après évaporation du solvant, on récupère un solide que l’on recristallise dans le cyclohexane. Le composé 5 est obtenu sous forme de cristaux blancs avec un rendement de 35% (1,26 g). Rf = 0,39 (cyclohexane/ AcOEt : 8/2 + 1% Et3N). Tf = 168°C (litt. 5,15-bis(4-méthylesterphényl) 10,20-bis(mésityl) porphyrine (6) H 3 COOC NH N N HN - 170 - COOCH 3 Dans un bicol de 100 mL, 82 mg de 4-formylméthylbenzoate (0,5 mmol, 1 éq) sont dissous dans 48 mL de dichlorométhane en présence de 132 mg de meso-mésityldipyrrométhane (0,5 mmol, 1 éq). 66 µL de TFA (0,9 mmol, 1,8 éq) en solution dans 2 mL de dichlorométhane sont ajoutés, goutte à goutte, au mélange réactionnel. Celui-ci est alors placé sous agitation <strong>et</strong> à température ambiante. Après 30 minutes de réaction, 123 mg de para-chloranil (0,5 mmol, 1 éq) sont ajoutés <strong>et</strong> le mélange réactionnel est laissé sous agitation pendant 1 heure. Celui-ci est ensuite passé sur fritté de silice <strong>et</strong> lavé avec du dichlorométhane. Le mélange obtenu est ensuite purifié par chromatographie sur plaques préparatives (CH2Cl2/ EtOH : 98/2). Le composé 6 est obtenu sous l’aspect d’un solide viol<strong>et</strong> avec 30% de rendement (61 mg). 140 Rf = 0,54 (CH2Cl2). RMN 1 H (400,13 MHz, CDCl3, 25°C) δ en ppm, -2,63 (s, 2H, NH pyrrole), 1,83 (s, 12H, CH3-o mésityl), 2,62 (s, 6H, CH3-p mésityl), 4,10 (s, 6H, COOCH3), 7,29 (s, 4H, H-m mésityl), 8,31 (d, J=8,2 Hz, 4H, H2,6 phényl), 8,42 (d, J=8,2 Hz, 4H, H3,5 phényl), 8,71 (d, J=4,7 Hz, 4H, Hβ pyrrole), 8,74 (d, J=4,7 Hz, 4H, Hβ pyrrole).
