L’analyse structurale des <strong>porphyrines</strong> a été poursuivie par l’étude de leur spectre de masse. Comme mentionné précédemment, ces composés, non volatils, ne se prêtent pas aux techniques classiques d’ionisation chimique. Pour c<strong>et</strong>te raison, nous nous sommes tournés vers une technique de désorption-ionisation laser assistée par une matrice (méthode MALDI). C<strong>et</strong>te méthode perm<strong>et</strong> l’observation de l’ion quasi-moléculaire généralement sans fragmentation. Les résultats obtenus pour les macrocycles 8a,b – 10a,b – 12a,b -14a,b sont présentés dans le tableau II-2. Tous les spectres présentent le pic quasi-moléculaire [M+H] + . En outre, nous constatons également la présence de pics métastables correspondants au départ de groupements protecteurs Boc (tert-butyloxycarbonyle). - 84 -
