USG People announces that it recently acquired 100% of the shares in Lausanne-based staffing
organisation Uniman SA. Founded in August 2005, Uniman is active in specialist staffing and recruitment
of qualified personnel for the industrial, construction and commercial sectors. The owners and current
management of Uniman will remain with USG People and take up key management positions in both
Switzerland and Italy. The Swiss activities of USG People reported a turnover of € 28 million in 2010 and
now operates eleven branches in four of the five largest cities in the country. The acquisition was paid for
in cash and financed from our own resources. USG People is active through a large number of strong
brands that jointly provide one-stop solutions in the field of staffing, secondment and HR and customer
care services. With annual revenue exceeding € 3 billion in 2010, USG People ranks fourth in Europe in
HR services. Headquartered in the Dutch city of Almere, the group is active in a number of European
countries including the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland,
France, Italy and Spain.

Voice + IP Germany kommt zur Messe Frankfurt. Nach den M-Days und der Be.Connected. nimmt die
Messe Frankfurt nun auch die Voice + IP Germany mit in ihr Portfolio auf. Mit dem Kauf baut der
Veranstalter sein Geschäftsfeld im Bereich Kongressmessen weiter aus. 2011 geht die Voice + IP
Germany in ihr siebtes Jahr. In Deutschland ist sie eines der wichtigsten Treffen für die ITK-Branche. Die
Messe Frankfurt ist mit rund 450 Millionen Euro Umsatz und weltweit über 1.770 Mitarbeitern das größte
deutsche Messeunternehmen. Der Konzern besitzt ein globales Netz aus 28 Tochtergesellschaften, fünf
Niederlassungen und 52 internationalen Vertriebspartnern. Das Unternehmen befindet sich in öffentlicher
Hand, Anteilseigner sind die Stadt Frankfurt mit 60 Prozent und das Land Hessen mit 40 Prozent.
